General
By undertaking an astrology reading, holistic counselling, EFT session, workshop or course with Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology you accept that all information provided and advice given is a suggestion. It is up to you to consider whether this suits your personal circumstances and to decide your own course of action. We are not responsible for and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any action or decision taken in reliance upon information contained in your session or on this website. Our fees are in consideration of our time and expertise regardless of the therapeutic outcome.
Your sessions with Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology are not intended as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. You should seek the advice of a qualified medical practitioner before commencing any treatment or if you have any questions related to your mental or physical health, physical fitness, or medical conditions. We recommend that you do not stop or alter any treatment you are currently receiving without prior consent of your doctor or mental health advisor, especially if you are taking prescription medications.

Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology is not a financial advisor and will not give advice on the stock market, shares, property, superannuation or anything else related to investments. You should see a relevant financial professional for specific advice for your personal circumstances.

Each client is considered on an individual basis and acceptance into and continuation of astrology/coaching sessions is entirely at the discretion of Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology. No reason for declining or continuing working with a client need be given. Any individual who is under the influence of substances, including alcohol or drugs on the day of the session, will not be seen or treated.

Payment and refund policy
All fees must be paid in full prior to each session.
Fees and promotions are at the discretion of Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology and may change without notice.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Within 48 hours of appointment time: 50% of fee
Within 24 hours of appointment time: 100% of fee
No show: 100% of fee
For The Complete Package multiple session bundles
Sessions purchased as part of a package are to be used within 12 months of purchase.

When purchasing a multiple session bundle by a payment plan, the client commits to completing the payment plan.

Standard appointment cancellation fees apply.
Workshops and events
Unless otherwise stated on the event, no refunds will be given if people can no longer attend a workshop or event, whether in-person or online.

Rescheduling
Clients are encouraged to reschedule as soon as possible if they are unable to make their appointment time.
Clients are able to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled time via Acuity Scheduling. If an unexpected event occurs on the day of their appointment which means they can no longer attend, they need to advise of their inability to make their appointment and request a new time by emailing tanya@innerastrology.com.au.
Note: there may be occasions, due to scheduling conflicts, when we need to arrange an alternative time for your appointment slot. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time, should this be necessary.
Late shows
Your scheduled time is reserved for you. If you are more than five minutes late to your appointment we will not make up the missed time as this impacts clients who have booked in after you.

Post-session availability
In the case of ongoing sessions booked as part of The Complete Package bundle, clients are able to contact Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology between sessions via email to ask questions and receive further support. Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology endeavours to reply to each contact within 24 hours of receiving it. The exclusion to this is after 1pm Saturday through to 9am Monday, when she is unavailable (i.e. if a query is sent after 1pm on Saturday it will not be responded to until after 9am on Monday).
For one-off sessions, clients are able to email Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology once within 7 days of their appointment to ask for clarification about something that was raised during the session. If they require further guidance after this they are encouraged to book in for another session.

Privacy
Information required to generate a Birth Chart includes: Date of Birth, Time of Birth and Place of Birth.
Clients need to provide this information prior to an astrology, Complete Package session and select workshops, courses and events.
All personal details are confidential deleted in accordance with the relevant privacy laws once the client finishes working with Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology.
One-on-one sessions are recorded for the purposes of the client being able to refer back to the session at a later date. The client can record this themselves and save a local file to their own computer. If the client cannot record for technical reasons, Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology will do so and upload the recording to Google Drive and send the link to the client. Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology does not share or post recordings publicly, unless explicit permission has been sought from the client.

Venus Circle
Venus Circle is a four week online women's circle-inspired space created and run by Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology.
Refunds
Withdrawal from the course up to 48 hours prior to first session will receive a full refund, minus any set-up fees. Withdrawals must be in writing and sent to hello@innerastrology.com.au.
No refunds will be given once the course begins on 22 April 2022 and any payment plans will continue to be billed until complete. If there are extenuating circumstances which prohibit clients from continuing to participate in the course they are encouraged to contact Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology to discuss alternative arrangements as soon as possible. Each circumstance will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Timing
Venus Circle begins on 22 April 2022 and ends on 20 May 2022. Once it begins, no new people will be accepted to maintain the sanctity of the group.
Course delivery
Group video calls will take place via the app Telegram.
A group chat for additional support and connections will also be available on Telegram this will be closed at the conclusion of the course.
Group calls will take place at 7.30pm AEST on:
Week one: Friday 22 April 2022
Week two: Friday 29 April 2022
Week three: Friday 6 May 2022
Week four: Friday 13 May 2022
Group calls will not be recorded.
Participants are to seek their own IT support if their personal equipment prevents them from accessing Telegram.
Any resources created as part of Venus Circle including but not limited to meditations, playlists, journaling questions, guidebooks and bonus interviews are not to shared with anyone outside of the group without first seeking permission from Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology.

Group agreements
All Venus Circle participants are required to electronically sign a group agreements form.

Confidentiality
Confidentiality is required by all members participating in the course. What is discussed during the sessions or in the Telegram chat is not to be shared with anyone outside of the group.
Facilitator availability
Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology is here to serve and hold space for the group and thus requires all questions to be asked in the Telegram group chat rather than via email so that each member can benefit from the answers and shared wisdom. If people would like their question to be anonymous, they can email Tanya Wasylewski who will post the question anonymously in the group, and answer it there so everyone can benefit from the wisdom.
Tanya Wasylewski will check the Telegram group chat for questions once a day. She will not check the group on Sunday.

Participants
Each participant is responsible for their own healing journey and agrees to seek additional counselling, therapy, healing or coaching they feel is appropriate for them if they are triggered in any way.
Participants are not to offer unsolicited advice or promote their own products/services to the group without first seeking permission from Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology who will determine if what is being offered will benefit the group.
Course cancellation
If Tanya Wasylewski t/a Inner Astrology is unable to continue running the course for any reason all participants will be offered the following refund:
Before course begins: Full refund or credit for other Inner Astrology products/services
After course begins: Pro-rata refund or credit for other Inner Astrology products/services depending on the number of sessions remaining.
