I woke up one day and looked around and realised that I didn’t recognise the life I was living. I felt like I had been sleepwalking through someone else’s dream.
It was time to get motivated and get more out of life.
The problem was, there were so many things that I wanted to do, I felt paralyzed by choice.
It was like turning up to an all-you-can-eat buffet full of many delicious things, but not being able to fit it all on your plate. You don’t want to make a hasty decision and find you don’t have room for other things.
But the great thing is you can always go back for seconds (or thirds, fourths …), and there is always room for dessert.
I explored each grand idea until I was clear on what I wanted, then shook off the self-doubt of ‘can I really pull this off?’ and headed off in pursuit of my Bespoke Life.
I did it the hard way so that I can teach you the easier way.
Your Bespoke Life is all about creating a life that fits You.
You can pursue your love of science along with your dream of performing on stage; you can climb to the top of mountains and the top of the business world; you can take your family travelling for a year without abandoning your career.
It just takes a little bit of planning and a sprinkling of chutzpah.

We begin by reflecting on all of the things that make you, you:

Who did you used to be?
Who do you want to be?
Along the way we will recognise and celebrate past achievements, and begin to clear out any old energy that you don't need anymore.
WEEK TWO: DESIRES
This week we will start to tease out your wants across all areas of your life:
What do you want to achieve?
What do you want to experience?
What do you want to have?
You will learn how to set goals and create balance in the parts of your life that may be a little lopsided.
WEEK THREE: THE PLAN
It's time to align with your goals through learning how to connect with the 'why' behind them.
You will learn how to overcome negative thought patterns, recognise the ways you self-sabotage and create a positive and productive mindset.
WEEK FOUR: FUTURE
Now that you know what you want and why you want it, it's time to look at how you are going to do it.
We will go through the best ways to stay focused and create momentum towards your goals, including what to do when you feel resistant, unmotivated, or uninspired.
I loved the simplicity and structure. It helped me understand there is a time/place for each goal, and space to focus on each individually.
It helped me unclutter my brain and start to think about what I really want and how to start going about it.
This is a process that can be used and reused in the future. It helped me gain a clearer idea of what’s important to me.
The process is easy to follow, logical, simple, achievable and empowering. I loved it!
I feel calmer about getting to the things I really want to do and not so worried about doing it all now.
It gave me a new insight into what I want and crave for.
